It’s almost time for the annual PINK OUT basketball game between Hays High Indians and the Great Bend Panthers, the game will be hosted at home on Feb. 24th. As always our goal for this game is to pack the gym with pink.  Pink out shirts can be ordered for $10 in Mrs. Tatkenhorst’s room 221 or Pam J in the office, starting Feb. 1st until Feb. 13th. All the proceeds for the Pink Out Event will be donated to the Kay Yow foundation for Breast cancer research.

Prom admission will be sold during the month of February. The cost is $40 dollars for all juniors and their non-senior prom dates. Admissions will be sold in Ms. Maxwell’s room 150 before and after school.

Students:  A KU Engineering Professor will be here on Tuesday, February 7th during CAT in the library classroom.  If you are interested in engineering, please SIGN UP in the guidance office by Monday.  This will be a GREAT opportunity to find out more about the Engineering program, no matter what school you plan on attending.  You will have to have a CAT pass to attend and once you sign up you will receive one.  See your counselor if you have questions.

Congratulations to Taylor Hofeling as Thursday's winner in Mrs. Mulch''s daily trivia contest.  Taylor knew that Lincoln signed the Emancipation Proclamation in 1863.  Stop by and answer the latest question--it's about the constitution--and you can win a candy bar from Mrs. Mulch.

Mrs. Mulch will be drawing this morning at 10:00 for the winner of the guessing jar of Kit Kats!
